Delayed possession of flat by builder - What action can be taken

We are looking for legal advice for delayed possession of our flats and action against the builder for delaying the project, false commitments and mental harassment.
This is a hot topic these days in consumer courts. I suggest you catch up with a lawyer since a valid case is in place for which remedy awaits through a process of court interference.
