Company giving a different date for warranty period what to do.

i purchased a oven on 22 oct 2013, with 3 yr warranty. it stops working on 21 oct 2016, i placed service request to companies customer care on 22 oct 2016. company saying warranty expired on 21 oct 2016.is it right or wrong

Contractually they could be right, however there's always a way out... It might not be the best route however it's always worth a try before you fall onto your knees without trying. Gimme a call in a days' time sometime and I shall advise accordingly after I consult with a few of my friends

Dear client send legal notice through lawyer and ask company to clarify about warranty date and repair the oven. If company not act per notice then file case in consumer court for deficiency in service. For any legal help call me
