22nd feb 2017 I booked 365 kg wastage human hair from Lucknow to Howrah in Doon express.material looted in train.I claimed to Kolkatta twice but no response then informed RTI delhi.Reply came from Kolkatta yesterday.pls guide and help what I do further?. Thank you
You booked any material from railway and the goods is lost. This a deficiency in service on the part of railway. you can file a complaint before consumer court for compensation and other damages suffered.

Dear sir, as per your given details, my advice to you that your matter is related to "lost your booked items" and as per law this matter is under the railway tribunal in place wher you booked your items. You can file your claim petition in railway tribunal for your lost booked items compantation.
