Buyer goes to consumer court what to do

As we sell one of item to buyer who is fron ROTHAK, HARYANA. we ship the parcel by india post EMS and they are lost or theift my parcel so biyer not received. After than i complained to India post graviance but they are close the complain without giving any answer. I also asked to local post where from i book my parcel and they says i am not responsible for it and i also complained agaonst that postmaster to suprintendant by Email but they never answer it. I also gives application in writing to post office but they never gives the answer of it. Now consumer suprintendant send me a letter for peraonal hearing with Evidance. We have all evidance like receipt, complain letter, tracking screen shot, online Graviance complain. Plz suggest me what can i do. I dont want go Haryana bcoz its approxy 1500km from here.

You don't need to go to haryana as parcel is lost by postal service. You can joined a local branch as a party from where you sent the parcel and file a consumer complain. You will get your loss only at consumer court.
