Bought torch with lifetime warranty, company not denied repairing now

Mr.light mars rover rechargeable torch purchased on 24.5.2013 came with life time warranty.Now the torch has stopped charging.Same were taken to authorised Service center at Erattupetta, where they informed me the company DO NOT ACCEPT THE LIFETIME WARRANTY and can't be repaired as per the warranty clause. How can I file a case in consumer forum to get the torch repaired free as the warranty card clearly mention that the Recharging module located within the flash light has warranty for the Entire life time of the original registered owner.

Dear Client,
Actually "Life time warranty", of a product, does not mean the life time of the registered purchaser / owner. The lifetime here actually means 5 years from the date of purchase or the generation of that particular product change. This is the exact position of the life time warranty in the case of electronic or IT items.
But in you can file a consumer complaint making the Manager of the service centre as first party and claim for the replacement of the entire unit, if it can not be repaired.
Please read the terms and conditions of durable products thoroughly and purchase items that have service centres in your neighbourhood even if it cost a bit more, Regards,
