Unable to pay loan taken from bank what options do i have

Dear Sir. I take the loan from private bank 2012. I paid up to 2015 after my business get lost and I am not able repay emi now the bank put the notice on door last April 2016. now bank demand valiendry surrender property. how I will surrender property? or I requst time. for three months because my child are studying. please reply me. thanks With Regards
Dear sir, whatever is action taken by Bank you can challenge in the court. I understand that you have no money to pay EMI. In case of hope that you will have funds to pay in future, you can stopped the proceedings for some time by challenging action of the Bank.
