I took a loan but not able to pay all the EMIs, please advise.

Dear Sir, I have taken two personal loan from HDFC bank, one emi is 5980 and another emi 7680. I have been paid 22 emi of 5980 and 14 emi of 7680. loan amount was rs 200000/- and 220000/-. Now i dont have any job and not able to pay emi from last 4 months. I have given my ID proof while I took my first loan amount rs 200000/- and second loan took through online, no documents given. Pls suggest what I supposed to do? Warm Regards,

Did The bank give you loan without any security? Your account will turn into NPA and they will send you intimation regarding that. They will offer you revival of the loan account. If you don't accept the revival offer they will proceed against you. You have to contest that. And hopefully, they will come up with some compromise offer.
