How to initiate final settlement of loan with bank

My father had given garuntee in of loan for his friend, he dint pay the loan. So case was filed by bank and they filed on garunteer also. But my father got bail because he had money in his account and because of clear reputation and background in banking. But bank is not realsing my father's money, what to do and how to do?
When the court has given the bail to your father they must have instructed to pay the guarantee in to the court which your father must have already paid and as a result he is out of jail. You and your father both can compelled your friend to pay the amount.
