How can I get my father's job in public bank after his death

Sir my father Is an Andhrabank employee. Died on 8.1.2001. but till now I didn't got either job or exgrtia..when he died iam major t that time...but after beoming major I applied on 2003.. but they rejected my application and said compassionate appoints was stopped...but now it was re introduced in psb's ..sir is there any chance to get appointment through court..please advice me..thank u sir..
Yes, as per the decision of the Supreme Court the appointment on compassionate grounds cannot be rejected merely on the ground that the benefits have already been taken by the family members. Therefore, the said rejection can be challenged in the competent Court.
