Bank is not passing my loan what action can I take

i have a problem in applying loan for past three months. if i applied they are rejecting because of credit. but i have credit score more than 750 and also i submitted my nodue form also then also they are rejecting it.pls suggest me.i am in emergency to apply loan

You will not have a case against them as it is their discretion to give loan or reject it.Deficiency of services will attract only when services or goods is provided. You can either apply to some other bank for loan or seek private loan or personal loan.
