21-Jul-2023 (In Banking / Finance Law)
I have been receiving notices from Bank saying that the outstanding dues are 3 lakhs which is false. I have a detailed statement where the outstanding amount in 1 lakhs. The bank have been harassing us sending notices with the false amount. How do i proceed filing a case against the bank?
Dear sir, often giant Banks are harassing poor borrowers and demanding exaggerated claims. However, i think should visit lawyer specialist of recovery cases and reply notice sent by Bank. You specifically say in the reply that amount claim is incorrect and also annex Bank statement. There are various agencies in market who will assist you correct calculations and understanding Bank statement better.
