Will of deposits and ornaments within d family

I am aged about 69 years I have some bank deposits about 40 L and some gold ornaments which I would like to distribute d deposits to my brothers and ornaments to my second generation like brothers sisters sons and daughters for deposits I made nominees but as per my knowledge if my spouse claims for it it will go to them I don’t want it that’s why I like to make will and it get to be registered in Bangalore
