Will for Properties in Delhi & UP

My Friends mother want to make a will for her properties and belongings, now here 2 of the property which is in UP is on her name & the Delhi property is on her deceased husbands name in Avantika, Rohini. She has 3 daughters and 1 son out of which son has died last year due to cancer letting his wife and 5 year old son. Now, out of 3 daughters 2 are married and well settled in there lives and the last the youngest daughter is still unmarried. So she want to secure all the property and belongings for her younger unmarried daughter. Her daughter in law would get married again soon as well. So now my question is can a WILL be made where all the properties be secured 100% for her younger daughter and can’t be claimed by other daughters?

will is the last testament of the owner of the property. yes,the property can be bequathed 100 percent in the name of the last unmarried daughter and no share will be claimed by the other siblings when they are not named in the will and that will is the last and final will of the testator. provided, will has to be made with utmost caucious.

Going by the facts provided by you, all the property can be given to one person without any difficulty. The will has to be registered so that ots legality cannot be questioned after the demise of the executor.
