Wife Not Willing To Donate Liver To Husband

My brother is suffering from liver disease and needs liver transplant. Borther's wife is a match but she is not ready to donate. Is there any case on the basis of breach of trust. Or divorce or refrain wife from getting any property
In the case your brother makes a Will that all my movable and immovable shall go to my other family members and none shall go to his wife.
In the absence of Will she will get his share regardless of her decision to donate.
