Want to know if a will is challenged

My mother died with a will, with 4 witness one a doctor.. If the will is challenged, how long does it take to come to a judgement... And on what grounds can it be challenged

This is my response to you: 1. You can challenge on the grounds of fraud, coercion etc.; 2. You will also need evidence to prove your arguments; 3. The court will grant interim orders; 4. You will have to discuss further facts of the case and then take legal steps.

Has the Probate been applied for? First apply for the probate and in case anyone challenges the grant of probate there's no option other than contesting it. And it can't be predicted beforehand as to how much time its gonna take. It all depends on many factors and there are many grounds as well on which one can challenge the same.
