Want to give property to grandson but not son in the will how to do it

 i want to write a will....one part of my property to my elder brother and and remaining part of my property to my grandson( 2nd son of my elder son) ....i do not want to give a share to my 2nd son but i want to keep him as executor till the minority of my grandson... In such condition what measures should i take to avoid any legal disputes in future

Hi
It is better to register the WILL at the sub-registrar office.
Also it is not advised to include your 2nd son as executor of the WILL as he might not perform his duties(owing to disappointment for not being granted properties) as executor and do his best to deny the execution of will.
