Want to contest the Will. How can I do that ?

06-May-2023 (In Wills / Trusts Law)
We are three brothers, after our Dad passed away, our personal three story residence went to our Mom but when she died our older brother who is 78 years (unmarried) became the executor by taking our (myself and my two married sisters) signatures on documents by playing a mis-chief. Now he is suffering from Dementia Disease and I heard that he through his WIll gave everything to our younger brother and his kids. I am now American Citizen and reside in USA Since 1985 but have OCI Card. I think this is unfair, how can I claim my share of the property? Please advise. Thanks

You need to challenge the Will and any other documents mischieviously got executed by eldest brother. You should claim partition of the property and your share equally by serving a legal notice followed.by suit in court. You may consult me through this site. I am in Delhi High Court.
