want suggestion in relation appeals from lower court to higher court

My father made unregistered will. Two witness in will of father is my wife and one is known to my father . Now heirs are my brother and mother and two sisters . My brother and mother gave noc .sisters first objected but later gave petition that they dont want to give evidence nd fight the case. Both my wife nd second witness gave evidence. Now judgement has come lower court dismissed my petition that few points did not match in both witness. Now what is the remedy nd chances in higher court
