Registered will for lease hold property. How can I execute it?

My father done a registered will in my name. He got expired one year back and don't have ant relation with my two sisters and one brother at last stage of his life despite of poor health. We are from Hindu family. Now what is my rights as per will as my brother is also occupied ground floor and running a shop.
Please state all the details related to the status of property. However, according to the given facts, you have to apply for the probate. Then after its execution, it depends upon the nature of the property as to whether it was bought by your father from his own earned money then, you will be the sole owner of the property, but if the property was inherited by your father from his Father then, your sisters as well as legal heirs of your brother can also claim their share in the property.

You should immediately file case of probate of the Will if it is probated in your favour then you have right and interest in the property in exclusion to others including your brother and sisters. Thereafter serve legal notice through a lawyer to your brother for vacation of the floor under his use and occupation.
