Property willed to sons but mother beneficiary and executor

22-Oct-2023 (In Wills / Trusts Law)
Hi, my granddad named property to my father but made my grandmother the sole executor and beneficiary of will. Can she change his will and name the property to some one else.

Your grand mother is only beneficery and executor so she can not get property in her name so she being not owner can not change Will.
She has no right and even no one can change the Will except the testator.
