Can a will be made for a property for which paper work for redevelopment is in progress?
Yes, you can certainly make a Will for a Property in respect of which, paper work for Redevelopment is in progress, if you are sure, that, the Redeveloped flat is going to be transferred in your name and as such, within your lifetime, you want to decide, i.e, to whom to transfer such Redeveloped flat after you not remaining in this world.
