Procedure to obtain Will copy from building secretary

I live in Bangalore, my uncle's property and his assets are in Mumbai Malad West at Orlem. After his death we are unable to get his documents of the flat and will copy to prove we are his elder brothers children, since the building secretary is holding all the vital documents. When we sent several notice asking for documents they are insisting come through the court. We need help and advice to move fast.

1. Firstly , If the Will is registered then Collect the Certified Copy of the said Will from Registrar Office which the property/flat is situated i.e., Mumbai as per your querry .
2. After collecting the Will Certifed copy then Read a Will & Send a strong Legal Notice mentioned your part & parcel of such peoperty which subject to mentioned in the said will of your name/other name .
3. If no share in the Will then you can chalkenge the Will in Civil Court & Got the probate of such Will means to checkout the genuineness of the will & if such property is not self occupied & subject to ancestral property then Claim your share as equal to your uncle share as per Succession Act according to religious succession implementation .
