My father is aged 89 and mother aged 76, both are immobile. We need assistance in writing and executing a family will.

Writing a WILL is imminent at this age, and to safeguard their wishes, it is always preferred to register the WILL by at a SRO (Register Office) at your locality. On worst case scenario wherein they are totally immobile, then a notarized WILL will suffice. A notary advocate has to come to your place, make sure that they are in a aware-state and further the will can be recorded. You can contact me for taking this forward.
