Person promised to confirm job after given money what I do for return

Someone promise to confirm job in railway after I given some money promise not complete he blackmail also for more money I have proof RTGS and call record of deal.. what I do to get my money return..
This is my response to you:
1. If the deal was made for illegal purposes then you will not be able to claim it;
2. But if it was for any other personal favour then you can send him a legal notice;
3. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.

You can lodge a complaint against such cheater for breaching the promise under Sec 420 of IPC by approaching the Police to register a FIR against such accused under the above-mentioned section. You must attach the Documentary Evidences in application to the Police for filing a FIR. You must record your Statement in Police that since the beginning of the transaction, it was the the intention of the accused to cheat you.
