I am owner of a will. But I want to sell some of my property due to financial issues. Can I do? Also can the will remain valid for remaining property.

You can be an owner of that property only after the death of the testator (the person who has executed the Will). Once the testator has died, you will have to mutate the land in your name. Once the land gets mutated in your name you become the absolute owner of that property. Then you can sell it in parts or in full as per your wish. But until the property gets mutated in your name you cannot sell the property.
