Need advice on property.....regarding
11-Aug-2023 (In Wills / Trusts Law)
My parents have 2 sons and 1 daughter. My father earned all property. He expired on March 2020. He wrote all properties on his sons only. As a daughter, i did not get anything. I am type-1 diabetic patient since 1989. Today my age is 49. My medical expenses are taken care of my husband since 1996. They never supported me financially after my marriage.
What I am asking now, can i put case against the will for my medicals? Is there any chance? I discussed here with some lawyers. They said, i cant get anything if will be written like this.
Pl advise
In this case, I would like to know whether the written will be registered or unregistered. If the will was registered therefore, the will is valid and your brother has the right of the property. I had a vast practice in that area. you can seek my assistance in your matter.
were there any ancestral property by any chance with which he might have purchased the said properties? If there was even a slightest chance, we can go ahead and file for partition in a manner claiming that the whole property was from the earning of the ancestral property, let your brother come running to you for a settlement. I can take care of the whole case provided you take care of the court fee / drafting fee alone, whatever you get I will take 20%, if you are ready for this deal, I can provide you my service. Please note, I am being very upfront about this, since you claim that you have no cash even for your medicine. If you agree to the terms, you can contact me.
