Mother want to give all the property to someone else

I have built 2nd and 3rd floor of the house by my own hard earn money.
Now my mother want to create a will and give the house to someone else.Do not think me my 2 children who are dependent on me and my wife.
The land and the house is on the name of my mother and late father. But I have built 2 floor .what shall we do how we survive? Without house my wife and child will die please help us
As per your query in law rato, your are eligible for your father portion hence your mother can make a will but in order to execute it they need to do probate, when you will give objection at the time of probate.
