Making will before distribution of property

My grandmother and chacha make Will before distribution of property without telling to us.after some time they file a case of distribution of property in district court and they won it. So we appel in high court against it, the original will they are having, we have only photo copy of it. But how we show it in high court so that case also come in our favor and on which point we Show will so to punish them, against making illegal Will.
Sir, although ur not clear that aforesaid property is inheritance or ur grand mother self acquire property ,know u challenged district court order in high court ,u submit application before high court for original will if opp. Party not submit original will then file application us. 65 of evidence act for secondary evidence I.e. photo copy and argument on factual point as well as law point rest on VI's a vise
