Lost Will Documents Inquiry - Help required in finding the Will

The purpose of this email is my parents - Pratima Harishchandra Jadhav and Harishchandra Govinda Jadhav passed in 2021 due to COVID. They had prepared WILL and now we are not able to find it. nnMy question to you is did they prepare WILL documents with your firm. How can I check and can anyone please help me?
Well, I can assist you in searching for the Will. However, if we will not be able to find the Will, then too, no need to worry at all, as the Property of the Intestate, that is, the person who died without making a Will will equally devolve upon his all natural legal heirs.

If you have lost the original Will, you can apply for an heirship certificate or succession certificate in the appropriate court. The same will enable you and your siblings to inherit the property, both movable and immovable left behind by your parents after their sad demise.
