Law relating to registration of will after it is made

18-Jan-2023 (In Wills / Trusts Law)
I got property from my uncle through will which was not registered. Later on I went with the witness to the Registrar office to get it registered which was done. After that I sold this property to another person. He is now asking me to tell the law in which it is written that if will is registered afterwards it is still valid.

Will comes in to effect only on Death of person who made will in favor of you

Once will registered and on his Death the Will comes to Force
If no one challenge will then you can mutate katha in your name
