Is NOC necessary from other members for the issue of Probate?

Is it necessary to have NOC from brothers and sisters for issuing of probate in case of registered will.

If your brother and sister are surrendering their rights to the property mentioned in the Will, then their consent will require to be filed before the Court with your Probate petition, else it is not required

Oh yes it is absolutely necessary to get No Objection Certificate from all the interested parties in the property to get Probate peacefully....else any interruptions will lead to conversion into suit
