Is it legal to take fees from students to run a trust

Sir, In lack of sufficient fund is it lawful to take a little amount of fees from students for running a computer training center as a charitable trust?

Yes. The money received should be utilised for charitable purposes. As the trust stated to be charitable the objects thereof can not and should not be defeated by trustees. Ot would be better if you send me a copy of trust deed for examination.
