Is a will registered in US legally applicable in India?

I am a US citizen and a person of Indian origin. I live in US. I have a valid Overseas Citizen Of India status. I own real estate properties in India. The question is this
I am writing a will to ensure smooth inheritance. The will be registered in US. In that will I include US assets. If I include Indian assets in that will, is that applicable in India OR should I create another will for India and probate in India also. ? That is do I require two wills - one for US properties registered in US and another for Indian properties registered in India? (I have provided by US phone number)
You need to create 2 different will for 2 different countries. for US property a separate will to be created. for Indian property you need create separate will and to be registered. also for registering the will in India the person concerned need to be present physically.
