I'm Trustee Of A Registered NGO I Want To Come Out Of Trust Legally

Hi I'm being trustee of NGO it's been year and I'm not getting any updates from chairman and no meeting happens and not getting any updates on financial status of NGO. I've been ignored and not getting any response I want my name to removed from trust deed and I want NOC from same trust that in future if any financial or any illegal activities happens my name should not be involved and it should not effect my personal and business n family. Please suggest how I want to removed my name from the trust...

Hello sir/ Madam, You can resign from the trust by obtaining relevant NOC and following right procedure. If the trust does not accept your resignation, you can peruse alternative remedies available to you
