How to disclaim my portion of inheritance

19-Sep-2023 (In Wills / Trusts Law)
I am an NRI . My father executed will in 1995 bequeathed a home to 3 of us brothers in the shares of 33% 37% & 30. I get 30%. The will was not registered & both my parents have passed away. My eldest brother is no more. 4 sisters were not mentioned in will. I do not want to take the inheritance due to family dynamics. Katha is in my late father's name. Do I have options other than Release deed, gift deed or relinquishment to disclaim my portion & be liberated from will. Please guide

if have to do release deed and get it transferred in anyone the heirs name otherwise there may be problem later on if any issue is raised by subsequent heirs. it will be problem for subsequently. so, it is advisable to do it.
