How acquire property i have a will for the same property

My grand father written a register will in 1979 ,when i was in 3 years old after one year he was died , Even my parents as well died after 5 years , i am not aware i am having some property in my name after 30 years i came to know i am having property , i went to property location some one occupied and changed the documents . what is the process i need to occupy my property .
You may file a suit in the court having jurisdiction over the property
Before that you should ascertain the property and the persons in occupation and their address
Show the Will and documents relating to the properties to your advocate
Let Legal notice go to the occupants of land and then file suit as per legal advise
