I would like to know what rights i have in family will as daughters.
how can i see a coy of the will.
Do you know in who’s custody is the Will?
Assuming your brother has a copy, you may request him for the same.
If its a Registered Will then through the Sub-Registrar’s office you may seek a copy of the Will.
Lastly, you may send a Legal Notice demanding production of the Will.
If you are claiming your share you may file for a succession certificate.
