Country club have resort and hotels and they are giving holiday package, they promise more and more and once i take membership after that they are not responding for any thing.

you should file a consumer complaint in the District consumer forum against country club for deficiency of service
Alternatively you can also file a criminal complaint against country club for cheating under section 420 of cr.p.c. In a criminal case, the accused will go to jail.
In a consumer compliant, you get refund of your money along with interest at the rate of 12% per annum(compounded).
A consumer court proceedings will take anywhere between 12- 18 months , but you will get interest from date of payment made by you till the date on which money is returned to you.
Any which way, there are numerous complaints against country club and you can decide on the courts(consumer court or criminal court) according to your convenience.
