Can my son take me to court for giving all my property to my daughter?

07-Apr-2023 (In Wills / Trusts Law)
I will be getting a WILL made to state that all my property and life savings after my demise will belong to my daughter. I do have a son however due to personal reasons I don’t want to give him anything. Can my son file a case against me if my will clearly mentions that everything I own belongs to my daughter? Thank you so much for your help and support.

No your Will will be the final document and by that if all your assets are being transferred in the name of your daughter then he cannot drag you into the court and even if he files a case the same is not legal in the eyes of law as Will is the final document by which a person becomes a beneficiary of all the assets

He can file a case, but, if you are so clear, that, you don't want to give any share in Property to your Son, then, his efforts will go futile. Just your Daughter needs to tackle him smartly after your Death & after your Death, she must apply for Certified Copy of your Will.
