Beneficiary of Probate has passed away without Will

03-Aug-2023 (In Wills / Trusts Law)
My grandfather created a Will leaving behind property to my mother and her brothers, which is under probate. In the course of the probate, my mother passed away without a Will. I am the sole legal heir. Can I ask the probating Court to transfer my mother's share directly to me, and if so, what is required?

To give opinion it is necessary to scrutinize that Will to know whether there is any provision in such regard in that Will or not because Probate Court cannot go beyond the Will of the testator. To get my legal opinion professionally upon online payment, you can whatsapp.
