As a grand daughter do i have right over grand fathers property

I belongs to Hindu religion. I have a question. My father disappered long ago and my grandfather in his will had given everythong to his younger son. I am his grand daunghter but nothing is given to me. My mother has filed case long ago in Tahsil of related area but no result came out so many years have been passed since then. I have any right over his property or not? if this is the case can i get property of my father's account or not? how many chances to win case? please give aswer of my question. Thankyou
if property was ancestral (which get ur grand father by his father) then will is not acceptable and as per hindu succession property will be go equally to all son , and absence of son it will be go to his wife /son/doughter.
