Stamp Duty Return or how to get the refund after getting your registry

Hi I have booked a property 15 days back in Mumbai & got it registered too. Today I got to know that stampduty got reduced by 3%. Is there anyway I can claim that refund or what is the way out. 3% is a big amount for me and I dont want to loose it. Please help!!
Well, if everyone like you starts to apply for getting refund back, then how govt will be able to run this country? Govt needs revenue to run states and thus the whole nation and that's why, the legislature has not introduced this kind of law which can permit you to ask for the refund of the higher amount of stamp duty which you paid as it was not high at that point of time when you paid the stamp duty.
