We have cooperate with a human resource company in India, this company do payroll and deduct income tax for staff, but for the past 1 year, this company didnot pay the tax to the government, this make our staff face punishment, and this company cannot provide form 16 to staff, its hard for staff to report ITR, this company donot answer our call and message any more, hope to hear your advice
