Property tax double payment made online

I had made 2 online payments to Bbmp.gov.in portal through Icici Bank. Payu is the company helping them with online banking software . I have proof from Icici bank statement and Payu customer care for all transactions. Bbmp website did not generate receipts, I have been running around the Bbmp office and they are not helping in this matter? The website still shows payments are not made. Is there any help I can get from consumer court.

It's not necessary for going to consumer court right now, yours is problem which has to sought out with bank & bbmp. It's take time less than court. Apply for refund, no refund but will adjust for subsequent years by order. Before it, get it refulet in payment to bbmp a/c. I can handle it.
