Is a person liable to pay extra tax if he possess both car and bike.

if a person possess both car and bike is he required to pay adiitional taxes,If yes is there any other alternative to escape such tax liability ----
There is no way out from tax liability though there is no restriction of registering 2nd vehicle on family members name to avoid liability. Moreover, some of the states like Andhra Pradesh, you are required to pay extra registration fee for 2nd vehicle. Good Luck.
