Wife can make use any local lawer to reply counter to tranfer petion?

Hi Site/Madam,nWhat if a wife receives a notice from the supreme court, is she can apply for counter from any local lawer, or is she has to find any lawyer from the supreme court itself? nnPlease assist me

For filing any document in Supreme Court of India, one will have to engage an Advocate on Record. It is only Advocates on Record of the Supreme Court who are entitled to file any case/ petition/ application before the Supreme Court of India.

Hi. If the Transfer Petition proceedings have been filed in the Hon'ble Supreme Court then whether it's the husband or wife they have to mandatorily appoint an Advocate on Record, Hon'ble Supreme Court for defending their case. I am an Advocate on Record in the Hon'ble Supreme Court so please let me know incase of any assistance.
