High Court dismissed Writ petition , without looking at the Official record Seized by itself. Perusal of record would have changed the decision in favour of Petitioner.
Whether to file SLP or Review against the High Court Judgement...
You are at the liberty to proceed with the SLP at any stage. However, it is also subject to state high court rules.
If the high court failed to consider the documents then one should go to Supreme Court under SLP. It will have a wider ambit.

SLP would be filed. Review petition can be filed only if there is some clerical error in the High Court judgment, like error in the form of some mathematical calculation, etc. in all other cases, once the High Court has decided the matter, it is out of its jurisdiction to sit over the same judgment. as such, the only recourse open is to file a SLP before the Supreme Court.
