Want to protect new wife and her family from this case

My brother won divorce case in Jan 24 and got remarried in April 24 after completing 90 days . After 6 months his ex wife filled SLP in supreme court with two prayers. 1. As an interim relief she prayed for stay on divorce decree. 2. Set aside the high court divorce decree. Is it possible for SC to put stay order or set aside the decree of divorce when person already got remarried. We want to keep away new wife and her family from this case. Suggest some legal path
Yes, its possible for the Hon’ble Supreme Court to set aside the Order of the High Court. Also, your marriage is legal as well under HMA (assuming you are Hindu)
So in this case until the final disposal of the SLP your marriage won't become void.
