Transfer petition by wife for transfer of sec 9 RCR case lucknow to ko

Sir, myself jagdish sachdeva living in lucknow filed a petition in lucknow court for sec 9, RCR since 2019 but they never appeared in court in lucknow and now my wife filed a transfer petition to move case from lucknow , uttar pradesh to kota, Rajasthan. Supreme Court shared notice to appear on 25 oct, 2021. What should I do. Shall I appear before supreme Court or I shall file a affidavit in reply opposing this notice.

If she had filed a petition supreme court, then you have to appear in court as per court directions. You'll also require to file affidavit in court. It is better to contact with the copy of petition for filling counter affidavit and to pursue the matter before Supreme Court
