Signning of freelancing contract.But I have not satisfied their terms

I have sign contract with virtual job freelancing company but the terms and conditions I have not satisfied their terms and conditions then they ask me to charge 5500rs+GST.But I have not that much money to pay.How to know is this company fake or real.or the lawyer is real. Please give suggestions
